Fourth of July

A spur of the moment decision led us to a small town celebration complete with a parade, homemade ice cream, and fire trucks.  We had a great time despite the heat and Tyler really enjoyed his first parade. It probably helped that his buddies were in the parade and throwing candy to him. 

Afterwards the fire truck cooled the kiddos down while we enjoyed homemade peach ice cream - yum!
