Our First Guests and a Toast

We had our first house guests over for dinner and toasted to the new house.  The champagne was a wedding gift that we kept forgetting to open on our anniversary and I thought that moving into our new home was a good enough reason to pop 'er open:

Our guests were nice enough to bring over an enchilada casserole and salad for dinner. It was delicious!  Click on the link for the recipe, it's from Cooking Light magazine. I still haven't been to the grocery store and had not even used the oven!
