Casa Pena Floor Plans

Here are the floor plans so you can see spatially how the house sits when you look through the pictures.

 The basement is unfinished and we have no plans to finish it anytime soon.  We are thinking about 5 years out at least.  Fortunately, the home builder had the plumbing roughed in so we can have a full bath and a wet bar eventually.
